Confused about social networks? Let us help.

Small business owners have enough on their mind without thinking they have to learn everything there is to know about social networking.  Even those of us who are engrossed in the social media space every day feel like it is overwhelming at times, with new services that seem to come out of the woodwork each day.

Don’t know where to start?  Have no idea what a bookmarking service is? Do you hope this whole social media thing just goes away?  Well, instead of burying your head in the sand, just simply call the Traction Group and we can quickly help you make sense of it all, as well as how it does or doesn’t fit within your more traditional marketing strategies. Or if you’re one of those business owners who admits that you never want to learn it but you know it’s the right thing to do, we can just take it off your hands for you — for the most part, anyway.  A business owner or his /her team still have to be responsible for one-on-one customer relationships and sales but if you’re struggling with figuring out what content to put on your blog, well, we can do that for you for sure.

I often think about how Richard Branson runs over 300 companies.  He’s often been quoted answering questions about how he does that and basically it just comes down to two things:  he hires great people and he has mastered the art of delegation. So there’s no reason any small business owner can’t delegate or outsource at least part of their marketing efforts.  So if you’ve never thought of hiring someone to act as your small business’s marketing director, now’s the time to think again.  Take some pressure off your shoulders so you can do what Richard Branson does and simply focus on running your business and taking care of your end-user experience.  That’s what keeps customers coming back…and having customers return again and again is what will keep you in business for the long haul.
